By using Resident Tab, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the service

You may use Resident Tab for lawful property management, rent collection, and record-keeping. You are responsible for your data and for complying with applicable laws (e.g., landlord-tenant, data protection). Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to payment processing.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
