1. Permitted use
Resident Tab is for lawful property management, rent collection, maintenance, notices, and documents. You must comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights of tenants and third parties.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to harass, discriminate, or violate privacy; to transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access; to resell or sublicense the service in a way that conflicts with your agreement; or to use it for any illegal purpose.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate and suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate this policy. We may also report illegal activity to authorities.
